Before the exchange
🔎 Verification of the origin of funds
All transactions undergo an AML (Anti-Money Laundering) check to ensure the security of transfers. If additional information is required for a transaction, we will contact you and guide you through the necessary procedures. Our team is experienced in handling such situations and will support you throughout the entire verification process, helping to avoid unnecessary delays and promptly addressing any questions that may arise.
📌 Exchange rate locking terms
The final exchange rate is locked at the moment the request is created. Before sending your payment, we recommend carefully verifying the payment details and reviewing the guidelines for sending cryptocurrency.
👥 Personalized assistance
We treat every transaction with care and strive to find the best solution for non-standard situations. Should any issues arise, we review each case individually, aiming to resolve it in a way that is fair and convenient for the client.
